9-2-19 7:15 am 325.8 Lbs ⇩ 2.2 LbsOn June 18th after I attended The VA's MOVE! orientation. After the meeting was over I went to Arby's and ate a 710 cal Greek Gryo with a 390 cal Cherry Turnover.

Then drove thru a McDonald's for a 310 cal Large Coke that only cost a dollar for the 45 minute drive home.
Later I had two slices of Little Caesar's Pizza at 280 cal each for a total of 560 cals. Had a 200 cal Salad with that.
Ate three 80 cal Cookies for a total of 270 calsHad 460 cal Candy Bar
Ate six 80 cal crackers totaling 480 cals; with 200 cals worth of Turkey Cold Cuts, and a 150 cal Strawberry Milk
Drank two cups of Milk at 100 cals per cup which equals 200 cal
That brings the total for the day 3,930 calories consumed.
The next day, June 19th I began to actively restricting my calories but not my carbs yet. My Goal was 2,000 per day. That Wednesday I went just ten calories over.
50 cal Ham, 270 cal Cookie Dough (don't judge), 48 cal in three crackers, 200 cal doughnut flavor bar, 200 cal Muffin, 380 cheese noodle with meatballs plus 100 cal of butter, 460 cal Candy Bar,
I was still eating whatever I felt like. I was recording what I ate. I was eating in a smaller time frame as part of my Intermittent Fasting Strategy.
I was taking Baby Steps towards the exciting adventure of a Ketogenic Lifestyle.
